Day Rates/Lock Out

Daily Rate: Room 1 or 2 - $300/day (weekday), $190/day (weekend), Room 3 or 4 - $200/day (weekday), $145/day (weekend) *overnight gear storage $50/day

Weekly Rate: Room 1 or 2 - $1500/week, Room 3 or 4 - $1000/week *includes gear storage

Monthly Rate: Room 1 or 2 - $4800/month Room 3 or 4 - $3200/month *includes gear storage

Solo Rates

Room 3 or 4 - $15/hr *1hr minimum vs 2hr, 1 person, no guests, Must be booked day-of, available weekdays until 7pm and weekends.

Guitar Repair

Backline and Audio Rentals

Equipment rentals for a gig or session outside of KR Studios available. Please find our daily rates below.

  • Amp: $25/day

  • Keyboard: $20/day

  • Electric or Acoustic Guitar: $20/day

  • DI Box: $10/day

  • SM 57 or 58: $20/day

  • Drum Set: $35/day

Photo/Video Shoot

Rooms, common areas, and outdoor areas available for photo/video shoots. Room 1 is equipped with stage lighting; Room 2 is equipped with a projector and screen. Catering is available upon request. Writing Camps

Rent out a room or the whole facility, including all four sound-proofed rooms for writing camps! Catering is available upon request.
